BHS 50-Yr Reunion

Early-bird Ticket price 4/2/2023 thru 6/15/2023: $67.47 per ticket

So we can get an accurate headcount, get your tickets early because the price increases to:

• $68.47 per ticket on June 16th, 2023
• $70.47 per ticket on July 16th, 2023

Tickets will be on sale 4/2/2023 through 8/12/2023.

No tickets will be sold at the door.

The price covers:

• Party at The Lake Anna Hall Saturday 9/16/2023 6 pm to midnight, catering by Waterloo Restaurant, decorations, fun, games, gift drawing, music, dancing, and more. Dress casual.
• Gathering at Tuscora Park Sunday 9/17/2023 noon to 6 pm, potluck, music, and more.

So that we can customize each ticket for a special gift drawing on Saturday evening,

• Please enter your first name [and the first name(s) of any other ticket-holders you are buying for] in the "First Name" area of the "Shipping Section"
• Enter your last name and any other ticket-holder's last name in the "Last Name" area of the "Shipping Section" at checkout.
• Example#1) Different first names and same last name: "First Name": Pat and Bob; "Last Name": Smith

Terms & Conditions

• One ticket per person. Early-bird pricing $67.47 from 4/2/2023 thru 6/15/2023.
• Because we are having prizes and drawings, each ticket will have the name of the ticket holder printed on it.
• Ticket price increases to $68.47 per ticket from 6/16/ 2023 thru 7/15/2023; and to $70.47 from 7/16/ 2023 thru 8/12/2023.
• No tickets will be sold after August 12, 2023. Tickets are non-refundable.
• Tickets are Non-Transferable (because they are customized with barcodes and names for gift drawings).
• Please note that BHS ’73 Reunion Committee reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the websites listed on the ticket face. These changes will relate back to the date of purchase.
• All ticket sales are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS. There will be no ticket returns/exchanges/cancellations. The reunion is a ‘rain or shine’ event.
• BHS Reunion Committee does not take any responsibility for personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on such counts will not be entertained.
